If there’s a manufacturer-related issue within the first two years, SunPower will handle the claim directly. After two years, we’ll still assist you in the process, though you’ll be responsible for any manufacturer’s claim fees.

On August 5, 2024, Legacy SunPower Corporation, which included its Blue Raven division and related entities, filed for bankruptcy. Complete Solaria, Inc d/b/a SunPower, which we now call SunPower, purchased certain assets of Legacy SunPower in a transaction that closed on September 30, 2024.
