Dr. Rodgers founded Cypress Semiconductor in 1982, where he served as CEO for 34 years. He previously served as Chairman of SunPower, led the turnaround of Enphase Energy and currently serves on their board and is Chairman of Enovix.

Dan McCranie

Dan McCranie has served in executive leadership roles within the semi-conductor industry including EVP of Sales for Cypress Semiconductor, CEO for SEEQ Technology, Group SVP at Harris Semiconductor, and Area Director for AMD. Mr. McCranie has served as a Chairman and Director on numerous boards including Cypress Semiconductor, Enovix Corporation, Nexgen Power Systems, ON Semiconductor, Freescale Semiconductors, Microsemi Power Matters, Virage Logic, and Xicor Corporation.

Surinder S. Bedi

Surinder Bedi is a visionary and seasoned executive with over 25 years of progressive experience at the top Fortune 500 Companies including Applied Materials, SunPower, Sunpreme Inc., Lucid Motors and Digital Equipment Corp. He has successfully managed US and International responsibilities across Engineering, Quality & Reliability, Business Development, Systems Product and Customer Success.

At SunPower, Mr. Bedi is focused on driving quality transformation and advancing our capabilities to deliver engineering and operational excellence, and strategies that solve real business challenges and creating transformative value for customers and stakeholders

Mr. Bedi holds Executive Management, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Ohio University, and BS in Mechanical Engineering, Bangalore University, India.

He holds 12 US Technology Patents.

Nick Wenker

Nick Wenker’s career spans corporate law, business leadership, and regulatory compliance across multiple industries and countries. Nick oversees SunPower’s legal strategy, including contract negotiations, litigation, risk management, and complex regulatory matters. Prior to SunPower, he held senior legal and business roles at Young Living Essential Oils, a global consumer goods company. Nick began his legal career as a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, prior to which he worked in various legislative and judicial positions throughout the US and Europe.

Chris Lundell

Chris Lundell is Chief Compliance Officer at SunPower with over 25 years of leadership experience in solar, technology, and enterprise growth. He previously served as Interim CEO of Blue Raven Solar and CEO of Complete Solaria, where he accelerated revenue growth, reduced expenses, and achieved profitability. Chris is also the founder of CMOGROW, a consultancy supporting high-growth companies. His earlier leadership roles include Vivint Solar, NEXThink, and Domo. He earned an MBA and B.S. from Brigham Young University.

Cole Allen

Cole Allen leads people strategy, talent development, and organizational growth. With a strong background in Human Resources business partnership and generalist roles, Mr. Allen has built his career driving employee engagement, performance, and culture. Prior to SunPower, he supported workforce development at Blue Raven Solar and NorthStar Home, gaining extensive experience in human resources operations across dynamic, high-growth companies.

Eric Nielsen

Eric Nielsen is Executive Vice President of Sales at SunPower Corporation and co-founder of Sunder Energy, which was acquired by SunPower in 2025. He also serves as Co-Owner and Board Member of Enzy. With previous leadership roles at LGCY Power and Vivint Smart Home, Eric brings extensive experience in driving sales growth and building high-performing teams. He holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and a BS in Finance and Economics from Utah State University.

Max Britton

Max Britton is Executive Vice President of the new Dealer Division at SunPower and former CEO of Sunder Energy. An Army veteran and mentor, Max brings extensive experience building one of the country’s largest solar sales organizations. He focuses on driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a strong company culture, while supporting leadership development, financial literacy, and balanced personal and professional growth. He holds a BS in Political Science from The University of Utah.

Steve Erickson

Steve Erickson is an accomplished operations leader. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Erickson has previously served at Lumio, Solcius, Vivint Solar, and SunRun in increasingly challenging operational leadership roles.

Kapil Rai

Kapil Rai has extensive experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, and P&L leadership. He has held executive roles at Fomento Resources, CIRCOR International, Future Electronics, Maxim Integrated, and Cypress Semiconductor. Mr. Rai holds an MBA from Arizona State University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Oregon Health & Science University, and a BE from Manipal Institute of Technology.

Venki Sundaresan

Venki Sundaresan brings over 35 years of IT, R&D Engineering, Digital Transformation & Business Operations experience. Mr. Sundaresan has previously held senior leadership roles at Enphase, Cypress Semiconductor, Infineon Technologies, and Procter & Gamble.

Bryan Smith

Bryan Smith is Senior Vice President of Marketing at SunPower, with experience leading marketing, communications, and public affairs. He previously served as CMO at Sunder Energy and has held senior leadership roles spanning government, public policy, political organizations, and technology. Bryan holds an MBA from Southern Utah University and a BS in Political Science from the University of Utah.

Mr. Anderson is a pioneer in the U.S. residential solar industry. He is the Founder of Complete Solar, Inc., SunPower’s predecessor, where he served as its CEO and Chairman for 14 years. Prior to SunPower and Complete Solar, Mr. Anderson was the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Risk Allocation Systems.

Tidjane Thiam

Mr. Thiam is Executive Chairman of Freedom Acquisition. Mr. Thiam has over 30 years of experience in financial services businesses, including leading global financial institutions such as Credit Suisse, Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Thiam was Group CEO of Prudential.

Adam Gishen

Mr. Gishen is CEO of Freedom Acquisition. Previously, Mr. Gishen held roles in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Credit Suisse. Prior, Mr. Gishen was a Partner at Ondra Partners, and Managing Director at Nomura London.

Tony Alvarez

Mr. Alvarez previously served as CEO and Director at Solaria, having also held Executive and C-level positions at Infineon, Aptina, Advanced Analogic, Leadis and Cypress.

Ron Pasek

Mr. Pasek was most recently Executive VP and CFO of NetApp, and previously served as CFO of Altera Corporation and VP and Corporate Treasurer at Sun Microsystems.

Devin Whatley

Mr. Whatley is a Managing Partner at the Ecosystem Integrity Fund and serves as a director on the boards of Bluon, Synova, Pegasus Solar, Vecmocon, and Lumifi.

Lothar Maier

Mr. Maier previously served as CEO and COO of Linear Technology Corporation and held various management positions at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. He has served as a director on the boards of FormFactor, Inc. and Linear Technology Corporation.

Jamie Haenggi

Ms. Haenggi is the founder and principal of Goodwin+Beckham consulting firm. Before that she has served in executive positions leading large scale operations in sales, marketing, call center operations, field operations, and strategy. Haenggi’s extensive experience includes serving as President, ADT Solar, Chief Customer Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at ADT Security, Chief Revenue Officer at Protection 1, Inc., Chief Marketing Officer at Vonage, Inc., as well as various sales and marketing roles at Holmes Protection Group and National Guardian Corporation. Her experience includes international as well as domestic. Haenggi also sits on the Board of Enphase (NASDAQ: ENPH) and Altus Fire & Security.
