T.J. Rodgers Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rodgers founded Cypress Semiconductor in 1982, where he served as CEO for 34 years. Mr. Rodgers previously served as CEO and Chairman of SunPower, having also led the turnaround of Enphase Energy. Mr. Rodgers also currently serves as Chairman of Enovix.

Linda DeJulio Chief Administrative Officer

Linda DeJulio brings over 25 years of extensive experience in general management, operations, and quality assurance. Prior to Complete Solar, Ms. DeJulio previously served in leadership roles for Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc., Dupont, Corning, ABB, Siemens, Pennsylvania Breaker, and Upstart Power.

Dan Foley Chief Financial Officer

Steve Erickson Executive Vice President

Mr. Erickson is an accomplished operations leader, currently serves as EVP of Blue Raven Solar. Prior to joining the company, Mr Erickson has previously served at Lumio, Solcius, Viviant (NRG) and SunRun in increasingly challenging operational leadership roles.

Dan Myers Executive Vice President

Mr. Myers serves as EVP, New Homes Division. Mr. Myers is a supply chain expert, who brings over a decade of leadership experience in the solar industry. Mr. Myers previously served in leadership positions at Vivint Solar and Sunrun, as well as U.S. embassies overseas.

Will Anderson Board Member

Mr. Anderson previously served as Co-Founder and Chairman of Complete Solar and CEO of Risk Allocation Systems.

Tidjane Thiam Board Member

Mr. Thiam is Executive Chairman of Freedom Acquisition. Mr. Thiam has over 30 years of experience in financial services businesses, including leading global financial institutions such as Credit Suisse, Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Thiam was Group CEO of Prudential.

Adam Gishen Board Member

Mr. Gishen is CEO of Freedom Acquisition. Previously, Mr. Gishen held roles in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Credit Suisse. Prior, Mr. Gishen was a Partner at Ondra Partners, and Managing Director at Nomura London.

Tony Alvarez Board Member

Mr. Alvarez previously served as CEO and Director at Solaria, having also held C-level positions at Aptina, Advanced Analogic, Leadis and Cypress. Mr. Alvarez is currently Executive Vice President of Infineon Memory Solutions.

Ron Pasek Board Member

Mr. Pasek was most recently Executive VP and CFO of NetApp, and previously served as CFO of Altera Corporation and VP and Corporate Treasurer at Sun Microsystems.

Devin Whatley Board Member

Mr. Whatley is a Managing Partner at the Ecosystem Integrity Fund and serves as a director on the boards of Bluon, Synova Power, Flying Embers, ThinkIQ, Ride1Up, and Unagi.

Chris Lundell Board Member

Chris Lundell is the Founder of CMOGROW, a marketing consultancy firm. Before that, he was the CMO and VP of Business Development at Vivint Solar, the Americas President at NEXThink, and the CMO at Domo.

Lothar Maier Board Member

Lothar Maier previously served as CEO and COO of Linear Technology Corporation and held various management positions at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. Mr. Maier has served as a director on the boards of FormFactor, Inc. and Linear Technology Corporation.

Dan McCranie Board Member

Dan McCranie has served in executive leadership roles within the semi-conductor industry including EVP of Sales for Cypress Semiconductor, CEO for SEEQ Technology, Group SVP at Harris Semiconductor, and Area Director for AMD. Mr. Maier has served as a Chairman and Director on numerous boards including Cypress Semiconductor, Enovix Corporation, Nexgen Power Systems, ON Semiconductor, Freescale Semiconductors, Microsemi Power Matters, Virage Logic, and Xicor Corporation.
