We understand that you may have questions as it relates to your SunPower warranty. The following information and resources will help you navigate manufacturing warranties and service providers that can continue to support your SunPower system.

Aurora PVI Models

Fimer will honor the terms of the product warranty for the Aurora PVI model units used in SunPower solar systems and ensure product availability to service warranty claims at this time.

Enphase Microinverter Warranty

Enphase Energy will continue to honor the terms of the product warranty for Enphase microinverters used in SunPower solar systems and ensure product availability to service warranty claims as well as support expansion of systems at this time.

Fronius IG Plus A inverters and SunPower SPR inverters (manufactured by Fronius)

Fronius will honor the terms of the product warranty for Fronius IG Plus A inverters and SunPower SPR inverters (manufactured by Fronius) and its power stages, which are used in SunPower solar systems and ensure product availability to service warranty claims as per the terms outlined in the Fronius terms of warranty at this time.

Maxeon Solar Technologies

If you own a SunPower system that includes SunPower-branded panels that are manufactured by Maxeon Solar Technologies, Maxeon will meet its warranty obligations for these solar panels at this time.

REC420AA Pure-R Solar Panels

REC Solar Pte LTD will honor the terms of the product warranty for the REC420AA Pure-R solar panels used in SunPower solar systems to service accepted warranty claims at this time.

If your system has not yet been activated, please contact your New Homes Builder with questions regarding your warranties and service needs. If your system is activated, please contact your lease manager for billing needs and the manufacturers for specific warranty needs.
