Why do I see negative consumption (below 0)? What does this mean?

Each solar system is unique and sometimes setup or installation issues may occur. If you see a negative consumption reported for your home, please utilize the MySunPower Help Center. You can check case status, make updates, or contact Customer Care via chat or phone using the new Help Center in the mySunPower app. You can find the Help Center in the menu under your profile in the app.
