How can I update my name, email, or password in the mySunPower app?
To update your mySunPower password, please log out and then follow the forgot password flow.
To update your name or phone number, please utilize the MySunPower Help Center. Navigate to the Account Info page from the menu in the Profile tab.
To register a new email, please log out of the app and follow the account creation workflow with the new email address. You’ll need the serial number from the PVS unit. Note: this creates a new account, it does not remove or delete the prior account.
