Once complete, please attach the fully signed document at the bottom of this webpage with your submission. This is required before SunPower can proceed with the request to process the refinance request and terminate any of the filings. We will be unable to proceed with the request to terminate the filings until the fully executed Filing Fee Affirmation letter has been received.
