SunPower by Hooked On Solar

We have had a fantastic experience with Hooked On Solar from our initial meeting to the final installation of the system. We very much wanted solar but were skeptical of the look of the panels and of the lease. Ed met with us and was great to work with as he laid out our options and wasn't pushy at all. We learned about solar versus PG&E and the different choices of panels and financing that were available through Hooked On Solar. He also explained how the lease worked which I didn't understand previously and that put me at ease. Our panels had to be on the front of the house so I was concerned about the way that they looked. I often see panels that look bad, in my opinion. One of the great things about SunPower panels is that the grids are on the back on the panels and nobody else does that. The panels sit in black frames so it actually looks really good on our roof, even from the front view. It looks so good that even after the first day they were on, we had neighbors commenting that they didn't even notice them. That was really the major issue that we had going in and has been completely eliminated from our minds. The installers were great too. They were really nice and respectful of my wife and kids. They showed up exactly at 8:00 when they were scheduled and were very efficient. We feel that we made a great decision to go with SunPower and to go through Hooked On Solar. If somebody is interested in having solar they really should contact Hooked On Solar for the best service and product out there.
